Mava Java Coffee in Llano is hiring a Barista and an Assistant Barista-and we’re looking for people who love coffee, community, and creating new experiences for every guest.

Barista: Craft drinks, support daily operations, open/close the shop, and help keep the good vibes flowing. Coffee experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person. Tip-earning postion.

Assistant Barista: Learn the flow of the cafe, support the lead Barista, help with prep, customer service and shop operations. A great entry point with real opportunities to grow into a barista or leadership role.
